Ingredients
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/4 C cilantro leaves
- 2 TBL olive oil
- 3 TBL tequila
- 1 TBL lemon juice
- 1 TBL lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp freshly grd. black pepper
- 1 1/2 LBS skirt steak

Preparation
Step 1
whirl all ingredients (not steak) to bag
transfer to resealable plastic bag
when ready to marinate steak (1-24 HRS before cooking)
add steak
shake to coat w/ marinade
reseal & chill
preheat grill to high (450-550)
grill steak over direct heat abt 4 min per side
let sit 10 min
cut across grain into 1/2" thick slices
SERVE WITH FOUR-HERB CHIMICHURRI
