Silver-Dollar Hotcakes

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 C cake flour
• 2 C sour cream
• 3 TBL sugar

Preparation

Step 1

put eggs in mixing bowl
stir until well blended
add salt, baking soda, flour sour cream & sugar
mix well

heat griddle or frying pan until good & hot
film w/ grease
drop small spoonfuls of batter onto griddle - just enough to spread
to an approximately 2 1/2" round
when few bubble appear on top of pancakes - turn over
cook briefly
