Ingredients
- 1/4 C each chopped green onions,
- celery & green pepper
- 1/4 tsp minced garlic
- 2 TBL butter
- 3/4 C stewed tomatoes, cut up
- 1/4 C water
- 2 TBL tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon granules
- 1/8 tsp dried basil
- 1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 LB uncooked med. shrimp,
- peeled & deveined
- 1/3 C cubed fully cooked HAM
- hot cooked rice

Preparation
Step 1
In large saucepan, saute onions, celery, green pepper & garlic in butter
until tender.
stir in tomatoes, water, tomato paste, sugar, bouillon, basil & pepper
sauce
bring to boil
reduce heat
simmer, uncovered for 30 min, stirring occasionally
add shrimp & ham
cook & stir for 2-3 min or until shrimp turn pink
serve over rice
