- 2 racks pork baby back ribs (abt.
- 4 1/2 lbs)
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 1/2 C barbecue sauce
- 3/4 C cherry preserves
- 1 TBL dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced

Preparation
Step 1
cut ribs into serving-size pieces
sprinkle w/ pepper
place in 5-6 qt. slow cooker
combine remaining ingredients
pour over ribs
cover & cook on low for 6-8 hrs or until meat is tender
serve w/ sauce
