Cacciatore-Style Chicken Bake

Ingredients

• 1 2/3 cups hot Water
• 1 (6 ounce) package Stove Top Stuffing mix for chicken
• 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
• 1 small Green Pepper, chopped
• 1 small Red Pepper, chopped
• 1 small Onion, chopped
• 1 (14 ounce) jar Spaghetti sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. Set aside.

Place chicken, pepper and onions in 13x9 inch baking dish; mix lightly.

Pour spaghetti sauce over chciken mixture; top with prepared stuffing.

Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Sprinkle with parmessan cheese.
