Ingredients
- 2 filets salmon (abt 10-oz each)
- flour
- 4 TBL olive oil
- 1-2 tsp freshly chopped garlic
- 2 tsp capers
- 1/4 C butter
- 1/4 C white wine
- S & P to taste
- juice of 1/2 lemon

Preparation
Step 1
lightly flour salmon
brown quickly in olive oil
bake 10 min @ 350
drain oil from saute pan
add garlic, capers, butter, wine & lemon juice to salmon
simmer slowly until sauce thickens & is reduced by abt. 1/3rd
