Cheese Cake Delights

Ingredients

• 2 packages crescent rolls (large)
• 1 (16 oz.) cream cheese (I use 1/3-less fat)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg separated

Preparation

Step 1

Spread 1 package rolls in 8x12 pan or (9x13). Make sure all perforations are closed. Mix cream cheese, sugar (you can use 2/3 cup), egg yolk and vanilla. Spread over dough. Put other pkg of rolls on top of cream cheese mixture and squeeze together so cream cheese does not fall out. Beat egg white until foamy then spread on top of dough. Sprinkle mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon on top.

Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely before serving. Cut into individual squares.
