Ingredients
- 2 lbs powdered sugar
- 2 oz butter, melted
- 8 oz heavy cream
- 1 tsp almond or clear vanilla flavoring (if desired)

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in the top of a double boiler over hot water. Stir until smooth. Divide into smaller groups and color as desired for petit four dipping.
