Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper

Step 1
Place butter in a saucepan over medium heat and melt it. Add the mustard to the butter and mix. Keep the saucepan on the stove, the heat will help everything blend together.Stir in honey and mix until smooth. Add brown sugar and smash it until it is all broken up and dissolved. Stir in the apple cider vinegar, then add the Tabasco and Worcestershire; stir. Add ketchup, salt and pepper and mix well. If needed, use a whisk to get out any lumps. Let cool before storing in refrigerator. If using right away, let cool a bit.
