Ingredients
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 Small onion,
- chopped
- 1 Medium Carrot,
- diced
- 1 Stalk Celery,
- diced
- 1 Clove Garlic,
- minced
- 1 LB Turkey Cutlets,
- diced
- 5 C Chicken Broth
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- Salt & Pepper
- 4 OZ Whole Wheat Pasta

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a large fry pan.
Add onion, carrot, and celery;
cook 5 minutes. Add garlic, cook
1 more minute. Add turkey, broth,
salt & pepper, and Thyme to onion
mixture. Bring to a low boil;
reduce heat to medium low, cover
and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in
noodles bring to low boil. Cook
until noodles are done about
5 minutes. Season with salt and
pepper.
Each serving is 2 cups.
