- Russet Potatoes
- Yukons are best, Red Okay
- Lots of grated gruyere
- Grated parmesean cheese
- Chopped Green Onions
- Salt and Pepper
- Drizzle Half & Half

Preparation
Step 1
Wash and thinly slice potatoes. Spray pan with pan spray. Layer with potatoes and cheese seasonings until potatoes are slightly over top of pan. Drizzle with hallf & half. cover with saran wrap & then alumunum foil. Bake for about 1 hour and 15 min at 350 degrees. Remove foil and saran wrap and let brown for about 15 min. Allow to set up for 30 to 45 minuntes before serving.
