- 2 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened; 1 small can drained crushed pineapple; 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper; 2 tbs. minced onion
- 1 tbs. Lowry season salt; dash of Tabasco
Blend cheese, pineapple, 1/2 nuts. Add everything else. Chill, Shape into ball. Roll in other 1/2 of nuts. Chill. Serve with crackers.
