- 4 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1 Tbsp walnut oil
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp table salt

Step 1
Place the ingredients in a food processor or a mini food processor; process until smooth, scraping down the sides of the canister once or twice. Yields about 1 1/2 tablespoons per serving.
