Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 14 1/2 oz cans creamed corn
- 3/4 cups white corn meal
- 3/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 baking powder
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 lb Hatch green chiles, roasted, seeded and diced
- 1-1 /2 cups Monterey Jack or Colby Jack cheese, grated

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 8X8 casserole dish. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring well. Pour into casserole dish, top with half the cheese, and bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and continue baking for 15 minutes.
