Ingredients

• Round steak
• Can stewed tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Brown steak in hot fat. Pour stewed tomatoes over steak and cook 35 minutes at 10 pounds pressure. Reduce pressure normally for 5 minutes, then reduce pressure instantly.

OR

Simmer in electric fry pan for 1-1/2 hrs. Adding water if necessary.
