Ingredients

1 Quart Water
2 1/2 Cup Sugar
3 Tsb Instant Coffee
1 Tsb Vanilla
2 1/2 Cup Vodka

Preparation

Step 1

Bring water, suagr and cofee to a boil. Simmer very slowly for 3 hours. Mixture will be very dark and sugary. Cool. Add vanilla and vodka. Serve as an after dinner liquer or over vanilla ice cream.
Makes 7 cups.
