Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lbs. round steak cut thin
  • Onion and bacon cut in pieces
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2 cups water

Step 1

Cut steak into individual servings and season with salt & pepper. Place some onion and bacon on each steak strip and roll and secure with toothpicks or tie with string.
Brown well in hot fat in cooker.

Add water and set control at 10 and cook 25-30 minutes after control jiggles. Cool cooker for 5 minutes, then reduce pressure instantly.

Remove rollups and return cooker to stove to make the gravy.
