Ingredients
- 1 cup catsup
- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 Tablespoons worchestershire sauce

Step 1
Salt & pepper and brown roast. Mix the catsup, lemon juice and worchestershire sauce and pour over the roast. Add some water to prevent burning the sauce as it runs off the meat while cooking.
Cook in slow cooker 6 to 8 hours or roast in dutch oven at 350 degrees for 2 hrs.
Pressure Cooker: 45-60 minutes at 10 pounds pressure. Cool cooker normally 5 minutes then reduce pressure instantly. Don't make gravy-just use the juice.
