Ingredients
- Marinara Dipping Sauce:
- 1 tube Pillsbury pizza dough
- 1 T flour or corn meal
- 1/4 lb pepperoni
- 6 slices provolone
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T sesame seeds
- 2 t Italian Seasoning
- 2 T parmigiano reggiano
- 1 t red pepper flakes
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 T olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 t red pepper flakes
- 1 T anchovy paste
- 1 T chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 15 oz can crushed tomatoes
- salt & pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Coat work surface with flour and stretch dough out. Cut into 4 pieces. Cover each piece with pepperoni, provolone etc. Roll on an angle. Brush with olive oil. Mix sesame seeds, cheese & seasonings and sprinkle on top of dough. Bake 12-14 minutes until golden. Serve with Simple Marinara Dipping Sauce.
Marinara Dipping Sauce:
Heat olive oil, garlic, pepper flakes & anchovy paste. Cook 2 minutes. Add parsley, tomatoes, salt & pepper. Stir sauce, bring to a bubble & simmer 5 minutes over low heat.
