Ingredients
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz) Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pouch (2 oz) dry onion soup & recipe mix
- 6 small red potatoes, halved (skin on)
- 6 medium carrots cut into 2" pieces
- 3-3 -1/2 lb. beef roast

Step 1
Stir soup and onion soup mix in 4-1/2 qt. slow cooker. Add beef and turn to coat. Place potatoes and carrots around the roast and cover (I add a little water to make sure the soup doesn't burn) and cook on low 8 to 9 hrs or on high 4 to 5 hrs.
