1/4 cup butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 + cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
Pinch of salt and pepper

Step 1

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 2 or 3 minutes. Stir in the cheese, cream, salt and pepper and heat through, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
