• 1 c butter softened
• 1 c vegetable oil
• 1 c sugar
• 1 cup confectioners sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 t vanilla
• 4 1/2 c flour
• 1 t baking soda
• 1 t cream of tartar

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl beat the butter, oil and sugars. Beat in eggs until well blended. Beat in vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and cream of tartar; gradually add to creamed mixture.

Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets and bake at 375 for 8-10 min.
