Ingredients
- 20 jumbo shrimp (tails on, peeled, deveined)
- black pepper (ground, to taste)
- garlic salt (to taste)
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1 pound maple flavored bacon (cut into 3 pieces)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- CHIPOTLE MAYO
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (if desired, remove seeds for less heat)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- milk (to thin, optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Season shrimp with black pepper, garlic salt and paprika.
Wrap one piece of bacon around each shrimp.
Place a skillet over medium-high heat and add oil. Add the shrimp, seam side down. Cook until crisp. Flip shrimp and cook until bacon is crisp and the shrimp is cooked through.
Serve shrimp with Chipotle Mayo.

For the Chipotle Mayo: in a food processor, add mayonnaise and chipotles in adobo. Puree until smooth. Add a little milk to thin if desired.
