Jambalaya with sausage, rice, peppers, onions, tomatoes and rice with Cajun seasoning. Served great with cornbread.

Ingredients
- 1 lb Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage, sliced
- 1 med-large onion, diced
- 1 med-large green bell pepper, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced.
- 32 oz chicken broth
- 1 cup converted rice
- 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning

Preparation
Step 1
Saute Sausage, onions, peppers and 2 garlic.
Combine with 32 oz chicken broth, 1 cup converted rice, tomatoes and Cajun seasoning.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, stir, cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
