- 4-6 chicken breasts
- 4-6 swiss cheese squares
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cream of chicken soup
- 3-4 cups: crushed bread crumbs (italian)
- 1/2 cup: butter
Place in glass pan in order:
Place the chicken breasts first, and then layer the swiss cheese squares over the chicken. Combine the milk with the cream of chicken soup and the crushed bread crumbs and cover the chicken with this. Melt the butter and drizzle over the bread crumbs on the chicken. Bake at 350° for 75 minutes or 1.5 hours.
