- •3 pounds Shell On Shrimp
- •3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- •1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- •1/2 teaspoons Fresh Ground Pepper
- •1/2 cups Butter
- •1 clove Garlic, Smashed

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a shallow roasting pan or cookie sheet, spread shrimp into a single layer. Drizzle olive oil over the shrimp, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss shrimp to coat evenly. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until shrimp is pink, curled and cooked through. Meanwhile, heat butter and smashed garlic clove in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove garlic clove and serve the melted butter with shrimp. It’s that easy!
