Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup All purpose flour
- 1/2 Cup unsweetened Cocoa powder
- 1/4 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 lg eggs
- 1 t vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-inch square baking pan. In bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
2. In larger bowl, combine oil and sugar. Stir in eggs, one at a time, until well-blended; add vanilla. Stir flour mixture into sugar mixture until blended.
3. Bake 30 minutes. Makes 16 brownies.
