  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Matzoh meal
  • 1/3 cup Melted margarine
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Dash Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat the eggs, water, margarine, salt, and pepper well.
2. Add the Matzoh meal and stir thoroughly.
3. Cover and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
4. If still too soft add 1-2 Tbsp. matzoh meal and put back in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
5. Wet your hand and form balls.
6. Drop into boiling water with 1 Tbsp. salt.
7. Cook for 20 minutes.
