- 1/2 cup parmesan, grated
- 2 tablespoons chives, snipped
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Potatoes take centre stage in this cheese and chive bake.
Preheat oven to 392F. Place potatoes in a large baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over potatoes and toss to combine. Cover with foil and bake for 45 mins. Remove foil and bake for another 15 mins, until potatoes are tender and golden.
