- ARUGULA OR MIXED GREENS
- 1 ORANGE PEPPER, CUT INTO STRIPS
- 1/2 CUP WALNUTS, CHOPPED OR WHOLE
- 1/2 CUP BLUEBERRIES

Step 1
IN A BOWL LAYER RINSED ARUGULA, PEPPER STRIPS, BLUEBERRIES AND WALNUTS. IN A SEPARATE BOWL, SLOWLY DRIZZLE VINEGAR INTO OLIVE OIL, WHISKING CONSTANTLY. TOP SALAD WITH CRUMBLED FETA AND DRIZZLE WITH VINAIGRETTE.
