Ingredients
- 1 Can artichoke hearts, drained
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 C kalamata or black olives
- 1 1/2 C shredded mozarella
- 1/2 C grated Parmesan or Romano
- 5 TBL Mayonnaise
- 2-3 TBL fresh basil
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 24" long baguette, cut into 1/2" thick slices

Preparation
Step 1
Coarsely chop artichokes and tomatoes. Add onion, olives, cheese, mayo, basil and red pepper. Cover and chill 24 hours.
Heat broiler.
Spread baguette slices on baking sheet. Put a tsp of mixture on each. Put under broiler until hot and bubbly.
