Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 lb. margarine
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can fruit filling

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together flour and oleo. Add sour cream. Refrigerate over night. Divide in 2 parts and roll like pie crust. Lay crust on a cookie sheet and spread 1/2 canned fruit filling and fold over half and pinch edges. Do second half same way.

Bake kringle 40-50 minutes in 350 degree oven and frost while warm.

Frosting
1 to 1-1/2 cup powder sugar
1/4 cup light cream
2 Tablespoons oleo melted
shake of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
