  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1

Place cauliflower and water in 1 1/2 quart covered casserole dish. Microwave on high for 9 minutes. Drain. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, onion and salt. Spoon over cauliflower and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over all and microwave for 2 minutes longer. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. Cooking times may vary with the size of the cauliflower.
