Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
- 19 oz tomato sauce
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp dill
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- Lasagna noodles
- Bechamel sauce

Step 1
Make sauce of first 8 ingredients.
Make bechamel sauce (white sauce). Cook noodles about 10 minutes (add oil to boiling water), drain and put in cold water. Spray lasagna pan with Pam. Layer a bit of meat sauce, then noodles, meat sauce, white sauce and Mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses. Make sure to put white sauce around outside ring so it does not get dry. Layer 3-4 times, ending with meat sauce and cheese. Top with Parmesan cheese. Can be frozen. After taking out of freezer and thawing, add a little tomato sauce or paste around edge to prevent noodles from drying out.
