use deep dish pie crust

- 3/4 pound hot Italian sausage
- 3 eggs
- 1 3/4 C hot milk
- 2 C shredded fmonterey jack cheese
- 1/4 C canned chopped green chilies
- 2 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Remove sausage casing. Cook in skillet until browned, breaking up with a fork. Drain well.
Beat eggs and stir in milk, sausage, cheese and chilies. Turn into pastry shell.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or till knife inserted off center comes out clean. Let stand about 10 minutes before cutting.
