Ingredients

  • 8 slices bread
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 7 slices bacon, cooked, drained and chopped
  • 2 lg tomatoes, chopped
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Grey Poupon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Step 1

Arrange 1/2 slices of bread on counter. Sprinkle with 1/2 the onions and cheese. Sprinkle bacon, top with remaining bread. Cut sandwiches in half crosswise, arrange halves-overlapping alternating with tomatoes in greased 9x13" pan. Beat eggs, milk, mustard and Worcestershire, pour over bread, cover and refrigerate 6 hours. In morning sprinkle with remaining half of cheese and onions. Bake for 1 hour, let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
