Easy Paleo Naan Bread 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup tapioca flour or (arrowroot flour?)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk, can and full fat
  • Coconut oil for frying Naan

Preparation

Step 1

In a mixing bowl add coconut flour, tapioca flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.  

Start to mix with a fork to combine all completely.  

Make a hole in the center of the bowl and add in the eggs.  

Start to whisk and start incorporating into the flour.  

Pour in coconut milk and continue stirring until all combined and it's almost a like a pancake batter.  

Let sit for a few minutes.

Heat a large sauté pan and pour in between 1/2 to 1 cup of batter to create the size you want for the bread.  

Cook each side until brown and serve warm.
