Ingredients
- 2 lb. stew meat
- 3 stalks celery, diced large
- 5 potatoes, diced large
- 2 onions, diced large
- 3 carrots, diced large
- 1 12 oz. V-8 juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3 Tbs. tapioca

Preparation
Step 1
Mix V-8 juice through tapioca in a small bowl. Pour over remaining ingredients. Cover and bake in 325 oven for 3 hours.
