Ingredients
- 1 9" pastry shell
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1/2 lb. shredded cheese
- 1 Tbs. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash nutmeg
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 3/4 cup milk

Step 1
Bake pastry shell in 450° oven for 7 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove and reduce oven to 325°.
Fry bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble. Reserve 2 Tbs. for garnish. Place remaining bacon in pie shell. Add cheese. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bacon. Sprinkle garnish bacon on top in a circle.
Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes, or until almost set in the center.
Let cool for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
