Charmoula Fish Rub

Ingredients

• 2 Tbs. ground cumin
• 1 Tbs. ground coriander
• 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
• 1 1/2 tsp. sweet paprika
• 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 3/4 tsp. ground allspice
• 3/4 tsp. ground ginger
• 1/2 tsp.cayenne
• 1/2 tsp. tumeric

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container away from the light for up to one year.
