Ingredients

  • 1 c bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c toasted sliced almonds
  • 1 t kosher salt
  • 3-4 T butter, melted
  • 1/4 c flour
  • 2 (6-8oz) skinless haddock, cod or other filets
  • 2/3 c mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven 350
combine rubs, almonds, salt and 3 T butter. Add butter as needed so the mixture holds together
Coat fish with flour
Place fish in a lightly greased pan. Spread mayo over fish and sprinkle with crumb mixture, pressing lightly. Pour water around the fish filling the pan 1/8".
Bake 20 min until fish flakes and top is light golden brown.
