Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 Cups Flour
  • 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Ripe Banana's, mashed
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil or 1/4 Cup oil + 1/4 Applesauce
  • 1/4 Cup + 1 Tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

1. Pre-heat oven to 325

2. Grease anf flour 1 9x5 loaf pan or 3 mini pans

3. Add dry ingredients to a sieve and sift into a small bowl, then set aside

4. In a large mixing bowl, mix wet ingredients to combine and slowly add dry ingredients in batches until thoroughly combined, next add nuts with a few quick mixes to combine, Pour into pan(s) and bake.

5. 9x5 takes approx. 1 Hr 20 Mins.
Mini pans take 45-50 mins.

6. Cool in pan(s) on rack 10-15 mins. Remove from pan(s) and cool completely.

7. When cool you may wrap in plastic wrap then foil to keep them fresh, wrapped this way they will keep 3-4 days
