Ingredients

  • 4 squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 1/2 Lbs(2 sticks) butter or margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Sifted flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Pecans, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1. Melt chocolate with butter in a small saucepan.

2. Beat eggs well in large mixer bowl; gradually beat in sugar until mixture is fluffy thick (this takes 10 minutes in an electric mixer).

3. Stir in vanilla and chocolate mixture, and then fold in flour, salt, and nuts until blended.

4. Pour into 2 - 10 inch greased baking round pans.

5. Place the 1st cake on the 1 inch rack and bake on power level high for 20 minutes. Brownies should be fudge like in the middle.

6. Cut rounds into pie cuts. Add some powered sugar and whip cream and Enjoy!

Tips
You can use any oven safe dish in the NuWave Oven. If you use an 8x8 inch pan bake on power level high for 22 minutes.
