Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, washed and sliced
- 1/2 cup sugar (1/4 Cup more for sweetened cakes) Or Splenda
- 2 1/3 baking mix (Bisquick)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 Tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 container (8 ounce) frozen or aerosol whipped topping

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix strawberries with sugar, set aside.
2. Stir in baking mix, milk, sugar, and butter until soft dough forms.
3. Form into small balls and place on bottom liner pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
4. Bake on power level high for 9 minutes.
5. Cut warm cake in half, fill with strawberries and top with your favorite whipped topping.
Tips
Sugar is optional, leave it out if desired.
If you want 6 large cakes bake on power level high for 12 minutes.
You can also use parchment paper, place that on the bottom of liner pan. No need to use spray.
