Ingredients

  • 15-oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drained

  • ¼

    C tahini

  • 2

    T freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1

    clove garlic, minced

  • ½

    t salt

  • pinch of smoked paprika

  • 1

    t olive oil

Directions

Place 1st 5 ingredients in food processor and process until mixture forms a smooth paste. Spoon in a deep dish. Sprinkle paprika on top and drizzle with olive oil.
