Makes about 2 cups

- 15-oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 C tahini
- 2 T freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 t salt
- pinch of smoked paprika
- 1 t olive oil
Place 1st 5 ingredients in food processor and process until mixture forms a smooth paste.
Spoon in a deep dish. Sprinkle paprika on top and drizzle with olive oil.
