Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 c. Chopped green onions
  • 2 c. Shredded cooked chicken
  • 4 Tbsp. Diced green chilies
  • 6 oz. diced cream cheese
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 1 c. Whipping cream
  • 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese (grated)

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in large skillet over low heat, add onions and cook for a few minutes. Remove from heat and add chicken, chilies and cream cheese.
Mix lightly.
Heat tortillas slightly (one at a time) in microwave for just a second or two or until they become limp.
Spoon equal amounts of filling in center of each tortilla, roll and place seam side down in greased 9x13 pan. Moisten with whipped cream, sprinkle with cheese and bake in 375* oven for 30 minutes.
