Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 28 oz. tomato sauce
- 28 oz. diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 c. cooked white rice
- 2 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper

Step 1
In a large saucepan, brown beef, drain. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 30-40 mins. or until peppers are tender.
