Easy Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 14 1/2 oz can beef broth
• 1 lb beef stewing meat or round steak, cup in 1" pieces
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 cups cooked noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Combine soup and broth in crock pot. Add meat.
Cover and cook on High for 3-4 hours. Reduce heat to Low and cook 3-4 hours.
Stir in sour cream.
Stir in noodles.
Cook on High 20 more minutes.
