Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken legs and thighs
- 1 1/2 cup raw long grain rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 3/4 cup water
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Preparation
Step 1
Rinse chicken pieces, dry and set aside.
Combine rice, chicken soup and water in crock pot. Stir until well blended.
Place chicken pieces in a see through roasting bag. Add onion soup mix and shake bag to coat thoroughly. Puncture 4 to 6 holes in bottom of bag. Fold top of bag over chicken and lay in crock pot on top of rice.
Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours.
