Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 4 oz jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In a large, non-stick skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Drain bacon well on paper towels but save drippings. Crumble bacon and set aside.
Cook 3 chicken breasts at a time in bacon drippings for 3-5 minutes until light brown, turning once. Place browned chicken in crock pot.
Top with mushrooms
HEat soup in skillet until creamy. Pour over chicken and mushrooms.
Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours.
Top chicken with shredded cheese. Sprinkle with bacon.
Cover and cook on High for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts.
